Hey everyone,

I didn't realize just how much everyone in the program actually meant to me until I woke up one morning and wasn't in my dorm room. School and extracurricular activities have kept me busy. So I regret to say I haven't dedicated as much time to my project as I did through the duration of the program. However, I did discover a drug that is believed to be a preventive drug of diabetes I think it's called Chromax. But anyways I miss all of you and if anyone finds anything on Type 2 diabetes that you think might be useful information feel free to e-mail or call I would love to hear your voice.

Info on Diabetes Type II

Hey, you are absolutely right. It feels so weird not being in U-DOC anymore. I was reading some article in google about how blood pressure pills actually lower the risk of dying from typeII diabetes by 14 percent. You should go to google and click news, then type in something about type II diabetes and there is a load of current information. Good luck. Oh and has anyone found any info. on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome?!?!?! :grin

i know how you feel alicia!! it feels so weird not being surrounded by udoc people. but the uaa udoc-ers have reunited and plan to meet up again sometime.

i miss you too

I was the last one out of U-Doc to leave the dorms and I honestly :cry

cried

so much. I knew I was going to cry but I didn't think I would that much. And to think that before those memorable six weeks you were all just strangers to me and in the end, you were the ones that made that summer the best summer I have ever had. Sorry to all the people I didn't physically say goodbye to, it wasn't fully hitting me that that was the last day. So I felt like I was going to see everyone again in a couple of hours like I would feel when I left on Sundays. In summary, I miss everyone SOOO much!!!
I love you all in your own way!

I miss you too

I haven't heard anything on diabetes type 2 but I really miss everyone too, it's sad having the family broken up, I wish we could all just be together again. It's sad when I walk through the hospital and uaa cause it just brings flashbacks of u doc, but I hope anyone is doing good and if i get any info on diabetes or fas ill let u guys know. take care
